One killed and another wounded in an ISIS attack west of Kirkuk

Shafaq News/ An official security source reported that a victim had fallen and two others were wounded in an ISIS attack in Kirkuk.

The source told Shafaq News Agency that ISIS terrorists installed attacked with firearms a civilian car, killing one person and wounding two others, near al-Dibs district, west of Kirkuk.
