Iraq’s president issued a decree formally appointing three deputy prime ministers and 11 ministers following parliamentary approval.
The decree, dated October 18, cites Articles 73(7) and 76(4) of the Iraqi Constitution, confirming that parliament granted them confidence by an absolute majority vote and that they took the constitutional oath of office.
