Finnish Ambassador to Iraq inaugurates his country's consulate in Mosul

Shafaq News / Shafaq News Agency correspondent reported today that Vesa Hakkinen, the Finnish ambassador to Iraq, inaugurated the Finnish consulate in Al-Shurta neighborhood on the left side of Mosul.

Our correspondent noted that Nineveh's governor, Najm al-Jubouri, received the ambassador and attended the opening ceremony.
