Shafaq News / Graduates of engineering colleges and technical institutes in Dhi Qar reclosed the governorate's oil refinery, days after its opening, demanding job opportunities.
Shafaq News Agency correspondent the protestors resumed their sit-in and today and prevented employees from entering the refinery.
