An ISIS leader arrested in Kirkuk

Shafaq News / Al-Hashd Al-Shaabi arrested an ISIS leader and two other terrorists in Kirkuk.

The statement indicated that through preliminary investigation, the two terrorists confessed that they provided the terrorist organization with information, names and locations of security personnel.
