Shafaq News / Leader of Al-Hikma Movement, Ammar Al-Hakim, called to change the 2003 social contract in Iraq, describing at the same time the upcoming elections as fateful.

Al-Hakim said in a speech to him on the third anniversary of the movement establishment, "The social contract for 2003 is no longer able to manage the country and we need a new one fit with the changes."

He added, "Al-Hikma is a link between previous generations and subsequent generations and the Iraqi interest.”

He stressed "institutionalization, attention to new generations and benefiting from the experiences of the firsts is something important, describing the upcoming elections as fateful and wise.
