Nineveh, Kirkuk , Basra and Dhi Qar provinces for a month.

The ministry’s spokesman ,Amar Menem stated in an interview for Shafaq News, that the ministry embarked on releasing loans to the beneficiaries from Anbar, Salahuddin and Nineveh provinces in the areas under the control of the State starting from the first group till the eleventh.

Menem also announced launching the registration on loans in the provinces of Kirkuk, Dhi Qar and Basra being benefited from their shares of lending fund as submission will be through the website of the Ministry.

He added that the registration on loans process will continue for a month starting from 13/9 up to 10.13.2015 as the project must be located within the areas that are subjected to the authority of the state for Anbar, Salahuddin and Nineveh provinces.

He explained that the ministry has provided facilities for the displaced people from the hot provinces in terms of the adoption of the sponsor from any province on condition that the employee would be a civil or military, as well as sufficient ratification by the witnesses instead of the ratification of the shop holding a notary, indicating that a concessional loan of five million dinars was adopted as a minimum instead of ten million for the three provinces (Anbar, Salahuddin and Nineveh) in order to include the largest possible number of displaced people.

The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs , Mohamed Shaiyaa al- Sudani stressed while he presided over the Fund Board of Directors' Meeting to support small businesses on the importance of social justice in small loans to the provinces according to indicators of poverty and unemployment rate.
