The Press Office of the Bank said in a statement that the general manager of the bank ,Basem Kamal al-Hassani visited a number of branches of the bank in Baghdad and briefed on the progress of the work.

The statement said al-Hassani urged to make more efforts and use human potential to reach the required level in the banking services provided to citizens and stand on the problems and obstacles, diagnosis and find appropriate solutions.

The statement added, that al-Hassani met a number of citizens and listened to their problems and their needs and ordered to overcome the difficulties experienced by retirees taking into account their humanitarian situation during their review to receive financial dues.
