The Spokesman of the Oil Ministry, Assem Jihad explained in an interview received by Shafaq News, that the sum of the exported quantities from the southern port of Basra was (83.800) Eighty-three million and eight hundred thousand barrels , the total income earned (3.290) three billion and two hundred and ninety million dollars.

Jihad said that the decline in exports from the south comes as a result of bad weather for more than four days, which hampered the operations of loading oil tankers which impacted negatively oil exports.

Jihad said that oil exports from the port of Ceyhan parked for lack of the Kurdistan Regional Government's commitment to the oil agreement.

Jihad said that the sale of crude oil per barrel average rate was (39.260) dollars.

He said that the amounts above have been loaded by international oil companies that have different nationalities from the ports of Basra and Khor al-Amaya and floats on the Gulf.
