KRG spokesman , Safeen Dazia said that the next few days will witness the distribution of delayed salaries from last November to all the departments and institutions of the region beginning with the Ministry of Peshmarga, explaining that the date was not specified yet, but it will not exceed a few days, he said.

He added that, in order to secure the salaries, the government needs to 850 billion dinars.

About the Kurdish oil sales , Dazia stressed that his government is continuing to sell crude oil, adding that under the recent agreement with the federal government , the government began to implement it since the beginning of this year and region’s oil has decreased.

He explained that his government began to export oil beginning from last May through its pipeline to the port of Ceyhan in Turkey and has sold it there, pointing out that so far 42 shipments of crude oil have been sold for a total of about three billion US dollars.

He said that his government was addressing the issue of Baghdad cut the region's share of the budget, and the financial crisis left by that resolution through internal revenues and the sale of oil.

Kurdistan Region has suffered from a severe financial crisis since the beginning of last year following the decision of former Prime Minister , Nuri al-Maliki to cut the region's share of the Iraqi general budget on the background of outstanding issues between Baghdad and Erbil, with regard to the export of oil from the region from one part in particular.
