According to a statement of Sea Ports, the Maritime Rescue Department was able to lift a sunken excavator in four consecutive days of hard work from the pier of Khor Al-Zubair port .

The statement said that this excavator belong to (KS) Turkish company which sank earlier of 65 meters length , 12 meters width and weighing 1300 tonnes.

The statement said that the excavator has been lifted in the flotation way.
