Shafaq News/ The Ministry of Oil has announced on Wednesday that the total oil exports and revenues achieved for August, according to the final statistics issued by the Iraqi Oil Marketing Company (SOMO).
The exports amount of crude oil reached (111) million (706) thousand and (135) barrels, with revenues of (6) billion and (412) million and (705) thousand dollars.
The spokesman of the Ministry of Oil, Assem Jihad said that the total exported quantities of crude oil for August from the oil fields in central and southern Iraq amounted to 107 million and 520 thousand and 44 barrels, with revenues of 6 billion and 203 million and (172) thousand dollars.
He added that the quantities exported from Kirkuk oil through Ceyhan port were (3) million (253) thousand and (665) barrels, with revenues amounting to (178) million and (723) thousand and (758) dollars.
Jihad continued exports from the field of Qayyarah amounted to (928) thousand and (947) barrels, with revenues amounting to (30) million and (659) thousand and (895) dollars, while the quantities exported through the refinery resilience to Jordan (3) thousand and (479) ) Barrels with revenues amounted to (149) thousand and (579) dollars.
The average price per barrel was $ 57,407, the Ministry Spokesman said.
He pointed out that the quantities exported were loaded by (39) international companies of different nationalities, from the ports of Basra , Khor Al-Amaya , unilateral buoys on the Gulf and Turkish port of Ceyhan.
