“The giant Boeing aircraft will arrive this afternoon to Baghdad International Airport in a deal concluded by the Ministry of Transport with the company to supply Iraq with 30 aircrafts of this model,” An official at the Civil Aviation Authority requested anonymity told “Shafaq News” .

“The Minister of Transport, Hadi al-Ameri, a number of officials and MPs will be at Baghdad International Airport to receive the aircraft that will join the fleet of Iraqi Airways,” the source added.

The source pointed out that " Hadi al-Amiri will open on the sidelines of the plane ceremonial reception , three advanced private tunnels at Baghdad International Airport similar to the tunnels which were established at Dubai airports “.
