Jumaa said that " if the 4-member committee agreed that the region would export 100 000 barrels of oil per day , it means that the rate of installed export in the draft budget will be reduced to three million and 100 thousand barrels and this will reduce the draft budget to more than 4 % , so the modification of the project will be the competence of the government”.
The parliament has formed 4-member Committee that includes two Deputes of Parliament Speaker ; Qusay al-Suhail and Aref Tayfur as well as MPs ; Haider al-Abadi and Salman Jumaili to find quick solutions to the budget crisis .
