Shafaq News / Iraq's exports to US amounted to 767000 barrels last august, according to the US Energy Information Administration.
The administration said in a report reviewed by Shafaq News agency that Iraq ranked fifth behind Canada, Mexico, Saudi Arabia and Ecuador, and ranked second in the Arab world.
Iraq exported 355, 000 barrels of crude oil to US in the first week of August, while no oil was exported in the second week and the quantities exported in the third week reached 197 thousand barrels. The exports of the fourth week amounted to 215 thousand barrels.
US imports of oil from Iraq were less in August when compared to the imports in July with 676,000 barrels.
