The US dollar closed Sunday lower in Iraq, hovering around 154,000 dinars per 100 dollars.

According to a Shafaq News market survey, the dollar traded in Baghdad’s Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya exchanges at 153,850 dinars per 100 dollars, down from the previous session’s 154,100 dinars.

In Baghdad’s local exchange shops, the selling rate stood at 154,250 dinars per 100 dollars, while the buying rate was 153,250.

In Erbil, the dollar also declined, with exchange shops selling 100 dollars for 153,700 dinars and buying it for 153,650.
